This thesis is the foundation of my Cholangiocarcinoma Stem Cell research project, where we developed live-cell CSC biosensors and 2D/3D models to understand how cancer stem cells drive drug resistance in cholangiocarcinoma.

A heartfelt thank you to my advisor, Assoc. Prof. Siwanon Jirawatnotai, and my co-advisors (Assoc. Prof. Methichit Wattanapanitch, Prof. Emerita Marianne Hokland, Assoc. Prof. Adisak Wongkajornsilp, and Prof. Uraiwan Panich), as well as the Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, and the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University. I am also deeply grateful for the support of the Royal Golden Jubilee Ph.D. Program (RGJ-Ph.D. Program) and the Royal Scholarship from the Chulabhorn Foundation throughout my Ph.D. journey. πŸ™
